Amy McClelland MSc, BSc is a Coaching Psychologist who specialises in Individual and Organisational Wellbeing. She uses a mixture of 'hard' and 'soft' psychology (an essential Yin, Yang balance) to guide individuals and organisations into improved health, performance and sustainability through these times of intense evolution.
She completed her BSc in Psychology at the School of Psychology, Cardiff University and went on to complete an MSc in Psychology within the same University.
In addition to working with large organisations (her clients have included Westinghouse, JTI International, Renault, Ford and Revlon) Amy has worked extensively on a one-to-one basis. Being supportive, caring and structured are central facets of Amy’s personal coaching style.
Amy had an unusual and exciting life so far, spending her early years living and being educated on a sailing boat. This period of travelling throughout the Mediterranean, was followed by an education in France, a stint of living in Spain and then becoming part of a Southern Italian family. Expect to hear Amy making references to how we can learn from other cultures when it comes to health and wellbeing. She is passionate about scientific rigor in psychology and also far softer elements of health sciences which include ritual, ancient wisdom and energetics.
